Description
We would like to familiarise you with our rules on sport fishing. The waters managed by the Tolmin Fishing Club are divided into two fishing zones: The Zone 1 and the Zone Catch & Release (No Kill). This permit is valid for the Zone 1 only. Fly fishing is the only kind of fishing allowed and you are restricted to one fly only, tied to a single hook, no doubles or trebles are allowed. You may fish with dry flies, wet flies, nymphs or streamers. Any type of flyfishing line and leader can be used, but no appendixes, which would change their primary buoyancy properties are allowed. No strike indicators, no extra weights. Barbless hooks must be used on all rivers. The permit allows you to retain three (3) salmonids, but only one (1) marble trout and one (1) hybrid per day. You are not allowed to retain any grayling. It is allowed to retain only one fish long 50 cm or more. All fish retained must be immediately registered with an X in the daily catch field on your permit. After you have retained your third salmonid you must stop fishing. With this fishing permit your child of fifteen (15) years or less may fish with you. Issued fishing permits will not be exchanged and there is no refund for any reason. Buying a fishing permit means that you acknowledge and agree to the fishing rules. Fishing at your own risk.
